Account/profile data (name, address, city, state, pincode, phone, email, website, social handles, profile/cover photos), portfolio content (images/videos), GST number, subscription details, studio/business name (for photographers), services list, preferences (time zone, language, units, currency), and messages, reviews, comments, leads, bookings, shortlisted vendors, and other content you submit.

Newsletter sign-ups capture email plus IP/timestamps for consent logs. You can unsubscribe via the email link or by contacting info@pixokart.com.

1.2 Transactions & Payments

We collect billing/contact details to process purchases via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Pixokart does not store your full card/UPI credentials.

1.3 Technical & Usage

Automatically collected: IP address, device identifiers, browser/OS, connection type, pages viewed, features used, searches, referrer/last URL, error logs, session timestamps, and limited metadata of files you allow the app to access.

2) Location Data & Location-Based Matching

To surface appropriate vendors and improve logistics-related features, Pixokart may collect and process Location Data, including:

• Addresses you enter for shoots or services (pickup/drop or venue), including city/port, state, country, pincode, and optional address lines.
• Derived geocoordinates (latitude/longitude) from geocoding those addresses.
• Device location (if you grant permission in your device/app settings) for convenience features like auto-filling city or nearby vendors.

How We Use Location Data

• Matching & Ranking: identify vendors who operate in the requested area(s), rank by proximity/coverage, service type, quality signals, and declared capabilities.
• Operational checks: validate area eligibility (domestic/international), permit/RTO considerations (where applicable), and estimated timelines.
• Experience: pre-fill forms, show relevant results/maps, and reduce search time.

Controls & Choices

• You may disable precise device location in OS/app settings. Core features will still work when you manually enter addresses.
• You may request we update or delete saved addresses (subject to legal/operational retention obligations).
• Vendors can manage their service areas (states/cities/ports) and base locations in their profile settings.

Sharing of Location Data

• We may share address details with the vendor you engage (similar to booking with them directly) to coordinate services.
• We may share aggregated or anonymized location statistics (e.g., popular cities) that do not identify you.

We do not sell location data. Location processing is limited to matching, operational checks, and service functionality consistent with this Policy.

3) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and device identifiers to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and (where enabled) deliver or measure advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser/device. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services; personalize content and results.
• Vendor matching, quotation/booking workflows, communications, and support.
• Fraud/security monitoring, debugging, analytics, and compliance with law.

5) How We Share Information

• Vendors you choose: we share booking/enquiry details (including addresses) to fulfill services.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, payments, communications—bound by confidentiality and used only as instructed.
• Legal & safety: to comply with lawful requests, enforce Terms, prevent fraud, or protect rights.
• Corporate transactions: in mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, consistent with this Policy.

We may share de-identified/aggregated data (e.g., trends) that does not identify you.

6) Your Choices & Communication Preferences

• Manage marketing emails via unsubscribe links or info@pixokart.com. Service/transactional messages are necessary.
• Control device location permissions in OS/app settings.
• Cookie controls in browser/device; some identifiers require separate settings.

7) Access, Correction & Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal/business retention). We may decline requests that are abusive, infringe others’ rights, or conflict with legal proceedings.

8) Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data’s sensitivity. Payment processing is performed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. No system is 100% secure; safeguard your credentials and notify us of any suspected compromise.

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 13 (or as otherwise permitted by local law). If we learn that we have collected data from an ineligible user, we will delete it.
