1. Subscription Cancellations
- Users may cancel active subscriptions at any time via Subscription Settings in their Pixokart account.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle Users to refunds for fees already charged.
- Access to premium features remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial, mid-cycle, or pro-rata refunds are issued once a billing period begins.
2. Digital Asset Purchases
- All purchases of downloadable content (e.g., templates, presets, images, videos, or other media) are non-refundable once the download begins.
- Users must review product details, compatibility, and specifications prior to purchase.
- By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel after download initiation.
3. Promotional Listings & Services
- Fees paid for promotional upgrades, listing boosts, premium placement, advertising campaigns, or similar services are non-refundable.
- Pixokart makes no guarantees regarding outcomes (including visibility, engagement, leads, or conversions).
- Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information submitted for promotional services.
4. Exceptions & Eligible Refunds
Pixokart may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests for the following:
- Duplicate Payment: Multiple charges for the same transaction.
- Service Delivery Failure: Subscription features or promotional services not activated due to technical errors.
- Unauthorized Transaction: Charges resulting from compromised accounts (must be reported within 7 calendar days).
Refund Request Procedure
- Email info@pixokart.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include the transaction ID, payment date, and supporting documentation.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Refund Limitations & Discretion
- All refund decisions are at Pixokart’s sole discretion.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Pixokart is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Abuse or repeated refund claims may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Subscription Renewal Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for managing subscription renewals.
- Reminder notifications may be sent, but failure to receive or read them does not entitle Users to a refund.
7. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
- Pixokart may suspend or cancel User access at its discretion, including for technical issues or policy violations.
- Where services are canceled by Pixokart, partial or full refunds may be issued based on circumstances.
- Users will be notified via email or platform notification when feasible.
8. Unauthorized Transactions & Chargebacks
- Users must report unauthorized transactions within 7 calendar days.
- Pixokart reserves the right to investigate refund requests and chargebacks.
- Fraudulent claims or abuse of chargeback policies may result in legal action and account termination.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Pixokart is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- Users receive email confirmation once a refund is processed.
10. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Fees already charged for ongoing subscription periods
- Downloaded digital assets or content
- Promotional service fees, including listing boosts and advertising
- User errors or inaccurate information submission
- Subjective dissatisfaction with services or outcomes not guaranteed by Pixokart
11. Liability Limitation
- All Pixokart Services are provided “as-is” and “as available”.
- Pixokart is not responsible for:
- Technical errors, bugs, or outages;
- Unauthorized access to User accounts;
- Loss or corruption of User data or content;
- Disputes between Users or third parties;
- Outcomes of promotional or listing services.
- Pixokart disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixokart, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from (a) your use or misuse of Services, (b) your violation of this Policy or the Terms of Service, or (c) your infringement of third-party rights. Pixokart may assume control of any defense at its expense and you agree to cooperate.
13. Policy Changes
We may amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of Pixokart Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
